30-day Fitness Challenge: Day 2

Plank Challenge:
20sec Plank

Ab Challenge:
20 Sit ups
8 Crunches
8 Leg Raises
12sec Plank

Squats Challenge: (my favorite *rolls eyes*)
55 Squats, ready to die at 30

Arm Challenge:
8 Push Ups
8 Bench Dips
15 Bicep Curls
15sec Punches

I'm beginning to see why these are called challenges. I want to die. Hahaha. Did I mention I love the squats? Huh? Huh?

It's embarrassing to look at myself in the mirror. I wish this would work.
